Wilson K. (Bud) Foster, 73, a sportscaster in Northern California for more than 40 years, died of a heart attack at a Burlingame hospital. Foster was the voice of the Oakland Oaks of the old Pacific Coast League for 10 years and served at various times as a broadcaster for the Raiders, San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Athletics and Stanford and California basketball and football.
