2nd Quake Aftershock in Valley

An apparent second aftershock to an earthquake Saturday rattled the mountains of the northeast San Fernando Valley today, but was barely felt by residents, seismologists said. Several people in the Sunland and Lake View Terrace areas telephoned police to report feeling the 12:51 a.m. quake, but there were no reports of damage or injury.
