Debates of Ballot Propositions Set
Pro and con arguments for the 29 initiatives on the Nov. 8 ballot will be held in three discussion sessions scheduled by the Leagues of Women Voters of Palos Verdes, Torrance and the Beach Cities.
A review of the initiatives and discussion of opposing views will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Torrance Library, 3301 Torrance Blvd., Torrance.
A second session will be held at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29 in Joslyn Center, 1601 Valley Drive, Manhattan Beach.
The final discussion is scheduled for 2 p.m. Nov. 2 in the Palos Verdes Main Library, 2400 Via Campesina, Palos Verdes Estates.
