Two men have been arrested for allegedly killing a Pasadena woman who was abducted from outside a shopping mall, robbed, shot and left on a grassy field near the Rose Bowl, Pasadena police said.

Ronald A. Jones, 19, and George M. Trone, 18, both of Pasadena, were being held without bail Friday on suspicion of murdering 26-year-old Lois Haro, Sgt. Monte Yancey said. Jones was arrested at his house, where officers found Haro’s car and wallet, he said.

Investigators believe Haro was abducted as she walked to her car in The Plaza Pasadena parking lot Tuesday night, Yancey said. She was taken to a field near Arroyo Drive, robbed and shot, he said.
