San Diego Gas & Electric’s third-quarter net income was flat at $46.4 million, compared to a year ago. Revenue totaled $539 million, up 13%. The San Diego utility said the results were due primarily to a California Public Utilities Commission’s ruling lowering return on equity to 12.75% from 13.9%.
