Paraguay, Brazil Gain Indoor Soccer Wins

GEELONG, Australia —
Paraguay overpowered Australia 8-1 and Brazil whipped Argentina 10-2 Tuesday in the round-robin quarterfinals of the World Cup Indoor Soccer Championship.
The Paraguayans now are in good shape for a place in the final four but will need to display their best form against Argentina in Melbourne Wednesday night.
