A community meeting on proposed formation of a Town Council representing the unincorporated areas of La Crescenta and Montrose will be held at 7 p.m. today in the Crescenta Valley County Park building, 3901 Dunsmore Ave., Glendale.
Glendale Mayor Carl Raggio will discuss the current status and future of Glendale and the role and responsibilities of officials in local government.
