Fashion Gallery Scheduled for April Completion
The $25-million L.A. Fashion Gallery, under construction at 9th and Santee streets, is expected to open in April.
The four-level urban arcade, developed by Four Corners Properties, will provide 148,000 square feet of leasable space for about 140 retail shops and restaurants. Access will be provided by escalators and elevators from the central courts.
Construction of the tilt-up concrete structure is by A.T. Curd Builders Inc., and the interior construction is by Keller Construction Co. Inc. The architect is Gordon Friedman Baldwinson Associates of Encino, and the structural engineer is American Structural Engineers of Long Beach.
