* Melinda A. McIntyre-Kolpin has been named president and chief operating officer of First Professional Bank, a Santa Monica institution with $113 million in assets that specializes in the financial needs of the medical community. McIntyre-Kolpin, 32, has been with the 7-year-old bank since 1984 as an executive in the loan department. Joel W. Kovner, the previous president, will remain as chairman and chief executive and concentrate on developing new business.
