Burbank 82, Hart 68--Senior point guard Edmundo Zepeda scored 25 points and added 10 assists and 7 rebounds as Burbank upset Hart in a Foothill League game at Hart. Adam Tunison added 20 points for Burbank (3-15, 2-5). Brett Wilson scored 25 points to lead Hart (11-10, 4-3).

Canyon 74, Quartz Hill 73--Canyon trailed, 67-51, with 3:35 left but outscored Quartz Hill, 23-6, and won the Golden League game on Darren Oldenberg’s 3-point basket with 2 seconds left.

Oldenberg’s shot gave Canyon (8-11, 3-4) its first lead of the game. Quartz Hill, which led, 73-64, with 1:30 remaining, missed 4 1-and-1 free-throw situations in the final minutes.

Jermaine Nixon scored a team-high 23 points for Canyon and teammate Jamil Austin had 22.

Burroughs 62, Alhambra 47--Senior forward Dan Murphy scored a game-high 23 points to lead the Indians in the Foothill League game.

Murphy topped the 20-point mark for the 17th time this season. Burroughs (15-5, 7-0) leads the league by 2 games with 3 to play.

Notre Dame 97, La Salle 52--The Knights rolled to their ninth consecutive win and remained undefeated in San Fernando Valley League play.

Notre Dame (13-8, 7-0) has not lost since dropping a nonleague game to Pasadena on Dec. 28.

Notre Dame was led by Brian Jones, who scored 26 of his game-high 30 points in the first half. Ken Hicks added 19 points and 10 assists, 8 in the first half.

Bell-Jeff 71, St. Genevieve 47--Bell-Jeff knocked the Valiants 2 games out of first in the San Fernando Valley League with a win at Bell-Jeff. Nick Sanderson, who scored just 3 points in the first quarter, finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds to lead Bell-Jeff (18-2, 6-1). St. Genevieve is 11-8, 4-3 in league play.

Pasadena 77, Crescenta Valley 67--Pasadena’s Don Mitchell was 11 of 12 from the field and scored 22 points to help the Bulldogs clinch the Pacific League title at Pasadena.

Glendale 50, Arcadia 49--Robert DeTolve made 2 free throws with 8 seconds left to vault Glendale to the Pacific League victory. DeTolve scored 15 points and grabbed 8 rebounds.

Harvard 53, Chaminade 49--Junior point guard Rick Osterloh hit a 12-foot jump shot with 4 minutes remaining to give Harvard the lead for good in the San Fernando Valley league game at Harvard.

MEN

Cal Baptist 79, Cal Lutheran 76--Steve deLaveaga scored a game-high 30 points and teammate Mike Demeter added 22, but no other Cal Lutheran player reached double figures in the Golden State Athletic Conference game at Cal Baptist.

Redlands 74, Occidental 58--Occidental forward Kelly Stephenson scored a game-high 23 points, but Occidental was outscored, 38-23, in the first half of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Assn. game at Occidental.
