Robin Ann Reece of Pontiac, Mich., filed a $100,000 suit in Oakland County Circuit Court against Reggie Rogers, defensive lineman for the Detroit Lions, for injuries she suffered in a car accident that killed three teen-agers last fall.

Reece’s suit alleges that she was riding with Rogers and that he was intoxicated when he drove through an intersection in downtown Pontiac and smashed into another car on Oct. 20. Rogers still faces charges of negligent homicide in the crash.
