The all-Spanish Univision network will continue its experiment in broadcasting art-house movies when it airs “Volver a Empezar” (“To Begin Again”), the 1982 Spanish-produced Academy Award winner for best foreign film, tonight at 8 on KMEX Channel 34. The film will be aired with English subtitles. Univision aired “La Historia Oficial” (“The Official Story”), the Argentine-produced Academy Award winner for best foreign film in 1985, on Feb. 8, and rebroadcast “Camila,” a story of a doomed love affair nominated for Best Foreign Film in 1984, on Feb. 19. “There’s a new aggressiveness” at Univision, said Rosita Peru, network vice president of programming. “It’s a way of saying we are more independent. You can’t be afraid and insecure to make programming decisions.”
