Modjeska Canyon : Body Found in Canyon Is That of Anaheim Man
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday identified the body of a man found in Santiago Canyon as 22-year-old Thomas Kuehn of Anaheim.
Sheriff’s Department spokesman Lt. Richard Olson said Kuehn died of multiple gunshot wounds. His body was found along a road near a construction site at Modjeska Canyon and Santiago Canyon roads.
So far, Olson said, there are no suspects and investigators are combing the area for witnesses.
“It seems to me like this guy might have been drifting around, but I can’t be sure yet,” Olson said.
Kuehn’s fully clothed body was found about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday by a man who was looking at property around the construction site, Olson said.
