BANGKOK, Thailand —
Thailand’s Muangchai Kittikasem captured the International Boxing Federation light flyweight title today with a split decision over Tacy Macalos of the Philippines.
An Australian judge and a Thai judge scored the match in favor of the Thai, and a Filipino judge had the Filipino winning the 12-round bout at Lumpini Stadium.
