A Clovis woman who claimed that she was kidnaped twice by the same person was found bound and gagged in a plastic bag on railroad tracks and escaped serious injury, even though a train ran over her, authorities said. Tillie Foster, 53, told police a man abducted her from a shopping mall in Clovis, and left her tied and gagged on the train tracks in Fresno. The freight train engineer told police that he spotted the woman on the tracks but was unable to stop the train before it got to her. She escaped serious injury by rolling between the rails just before a freight train passed over her, police said. Investigators said Foster told them a man forced his way into her car and drove her to a residence, where he held her captive until he tied her up, gagged her and left her on the Santa Fe Railroad tracks near downtown Fresno.
