IN BRIEF : Featherweight Title Fight Delayed
The World Boxing Organization featherweight title fight between Italian champion Maurizio Stecca and Venezuelan challenger Levy Mayor has been postponed one week to June 16.
The bout was originally scheduled at Milan’s Palatrussardi arena Friday night.

“We were informed that the authorization will be given by June 16,” Branchini said.
Italian officials initially had opposed Mayor, claiming that he was not a boxer of international level.
