Culver City : Play Equipment Funds OKd
The Culver City Council voted to authorize $9,180 for the removal and replacement of wood play equipment at Culver West, Fox Hills and Blanco parks.
The Human Services and Park Commission found that $150,000 previously budgeted for play equipment was insufficient to cover replacement costs for all of the city’s deteriorated playground structures, such as jungle gyms and monkey bars.
