Chula Vista police are still looking for at least two Latino men suspected of wounding two others in a drive-by shooting Thursday night.

Charles Juaregui, 35, was shot in the thigh, and Leo Fuentes, 35, was struck in the foot by a bullet during the 8:52 p.m. incident, police said.

Both were taken to local hospitals and are reported to be in good condition, a police spokesman said.

Juaregui and Fuentes were talking in Juaregui’s front yard in the 500 block of J Street when confronted by at least two other men, the spokesman said. The men fired shots at the victims, then sped away, police said.
