RELIGION NOTES : Orange Coast Unitarian Church Plans ‘I Can’t Stand It’ Service

A Freedom of Conscience group will present a service entitled “I Can’t Stand It” at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the Orange Coast Unitarian Universalist Church, 1259 Victoria St., Costa Mesa.

Co-authored by Ben Stewart, Tom O’Keefe and Rosemary Heins, the program will take a humorous look at tolerance and intolerance in society.

A course on “Exploring Your Family Relationships” will be conducted Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. daily at the Center for Spiritual Development, 434 S. Batavia St., Orange. The course will concentrate on issues that lead to family dysfunction, how faith is transmitted and how spiritual values are nourished. For more information, call (714) 744-3175.

The Christian Women’s Club will hold its lunch meeting Friday at 11:45 a.m at the Orange County Mining Company, corner of Chapman Avenue and Crawford Canyon Road, Santa Ana.
