Nomads Beat Condors, Move Into First in WSL

SAN DIEGO — The San Diego Nomads defeated the Arizona Condors, 4-0, Saturday night at Balboa Stadium to take sole possession of first place in the Western Soccer League.
Thien Nguyen opened the scoring, followed by Mario Gonzalez, Steve Boardman and Paul Wright. Jerome Watson had three assists.
The Nomads are 10-4, Arizona 4-11. The second-place Los Angeles Heat lost Saturday to the California Kickers, 1-0.
