Man Shot to Death in Palmdale Apartment
A Palmdale man was fatally shot in what may have been a robbery, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported Monday.
Robert Breedlove, 24, was shot at 10:45 p.m. Saturday in his apartment in the 400 block of East Avenue Q-3, Sgt. Bob Perry said. Breedlove, who deputies said had been hit in the head with a shotgun blast, was taken to Palmdale Medical Center where he died Sunday afternoon.
Perry said there were no arrests or identified suspects in the case. But he added that evidence at the shooting scene indicated that robbery was a partial motive for the shooting. He declined to elaborate on the evidence or what other motives were believed involved.
