Elks at Angels Game to Benefit Children

For the 14th consecutive year, members of Garden Grove Elks Lodge will join Elks from other Southern California lodges Aug. 12 at “Elks Night at Angel Stadium” to see the Angels play the defending American League champion Oakland Athletics.

From each ticket sold, $1.50 will go to the California-Hawaii Elks Assn. Major Project, which is dedicated to providing therapy for physically disabled children and eye screening for preschool youngsters.

Special Elk groups in attendance to help with the opening ceremony and entertainment will include the Garden Grove Elk Clowns and Westminster Lodge Beefeaters.
