Justice Charles Dubin, head of a Canadian inquiry into drug use in sports, criticized the International Amateur Athletic Federation for its response to athletes who use drugs.
The IAAF declared that athletes who admit under oath to using banned drugs will be stripped of world records.
“I have some reservations with respect to some of the proposals being made and the manner in which they have been expressed by the IAAF,” Dubin said as the inquiry resumed in Toronto after a month-long break.
