The San Francisco Police Commission has voted unanimously to hold a hearing into the case of four officers accused of improper conduct, including the police chief’s brother. The commission took the action on the recommendation of Deputy Police Chief Willis Casey, who was picked by the commission to replace Chief Frank Jordan in dealing with the charges. The chief’s brother, Deputy Chief John Jordan, and the others allegedly removed a document from the file of an officer accused of beating farm labor leader Dolores Huerta during a demonstration last fall.
