Two Los Angeles men, arrested in the shooting in Fresno of two U.S. Border Patrol agents faced charges of alien smuggling and murder. Lorenzo Macias Arreola, 41, and Florentino Nunez Mujica, 31, were arrested in the shooting death of Keith Connelly and the wounding of his partner, Ted Jordan, who was listed in serious condition.
