Benefit at Tribeca to Help Save Animals

Share

Eat vegetables to save animals. That’s the general idea behind “Jazz Against Fur,” at Tribeca in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

The benefit for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) promises jazz, celebrities and lots of food. Big spenders can shell out $200 a person for the full dinner (vegetarian of course) being held in the restaurant at 7 p.m. Less wealthy animal activists can opt to spend $50 for the buffet downstairs in the bar. The truly hip will wait until midnight for the $75 champagne jam session (it goes until 2 a.m.)

The choice is yours--just don’t wear a fur coat.

Tribeca, 242 North Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills. (213) 271-1595.
