2 Arrested After Shots Fired at Car

FOUNTAIN VALLEY — A dispute between two groups of young people late Friday night near a skating rink led to a shooting and two arrests, police said.
Tom Van Lee, 23, of Santa Ana, and a 17-year-old Garden Grove boy were arrested on suspicion of shooting at an occupied vehicle after the incident in a parking lot in the 9000 block of Warner Avenue, Fountain Valley Police Sgt. Ron Manda said.
