David M. Blumberg, 78, a former president of the Jewish organization B’nai B’rith International. Blumberg, who served as the B’nai B’rith president from 1970 to 1978, also was president of the National Assn. of Life Underwriters from 1962 to 1963. During his career, he was honored with a number of awards, including the National Conference of Christian and Jews Brotherhood Award and the Sertoma Service to Mankind Award. In Washington on Wednesday of unannounced causes.
