World Boxing Council President Jose Sulaiman said he favors dropping light heavyweight Tom Collins from the rankings after the British fighter quit in his corner at the end of the second round of a title fight last month against Australian Jeff Harding.
The WBC is scheduled to decide today whether Collins will keep the $25,000 purse from his loss to Harding last Oct. 24 in Sydney.
