Third Suspect Arrested in Fatal Stabbings
Police arrested a third man Thursday in connection with the fatal stabbings last weekend of two men in Garden Grove.
Armando Moreno Jr., 18, was booked on suspicion of murder and assault with the intent to murder after detectives arrested him at his Costa Mesa home, Lt. John Woods said.
Hector De La Torre, 24, of Santa Ana and Oscar (Tiny) Jimenez, 18, of Garden Grove were killed last Saturday after an argument that police say was gang-related.
On Saturday, police booked Taula Poe, 22, of Westminster and Arnold Mendoza, 19, of Garden Grove on suspicion of murder.
