The Jan. 12 Metro section had an account of developer Charles Tarrats who, without a Costal Commission permit, built a 2 1/2-mile road through Malibu’s largely unspoiled upper Ramirez Canyon. His picture shows him holding a Bible.
May I suggest earnestly that he open it to Revelation 7:3 and read “ . . . Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees. . . .”
