Soul Train Hosts: Luther Vandross will join Dionne Warwick and Patti LaBelle as hosts of the fourth annual Soul Train Music Awards, to be telecast live from the Shrine Auditorium on March 14. The program, which honors the top artists in R&B;, soul, gospel and rap categories, will air in Los Angeles on KTTV Channel 11.
