SNUFFED: After Sunday, leave your cigarettes at home if you’ll be boarding a flight at John Wayne Airport. . . . New rules banning smoking on flights in the continental United States mean that smoking will not be permitted on any commercial flight out of Orange County. . . . Until Sunday, you can still smoke on John Wayne flights to such places as St. Louis, Chicago, Houston, Denver and Dallas.
