DANA POINT : Body Found Near Busy Intersection
- Share via
A gardener working near a busy intersection Tuesday discovered the body of a man believed to have been there for several days, officials said.
Authorities are treating the man’s death as a homicide, Orange County Sheriff’s Lt. Bob Rivas said. Identification of the body was not immediately available.
Investigators believe the man was in his 30s.
Because the body is partially decomposed, investigators believe it had been there at least a couple of days, Rivas said.
The gardener reported he had found the body near Crown Valley Parkway and Pacific Coast Highway at 2:05 p.m., Rivas said.
