Fight at ‘House Party’ Opener: Two men were stabbed during a melee involving 100 people at the premiere of the movie “House Party,” in Valley Stream, N.J., local police said Saturday. The fight broke out about 10 p.m. Friday at the Sunrise Cinema on the opening night of the film that features rap music stars Kid ‘N Play. According to authorities, the fight started in the restroom with a few men, spread to the theater lobby and escalated in the parking lot outside the theater. One man was stabbed in the back of the neck and hospitalized. He was in stable condition Saturday. Another victim, slashed in the face, was treated and released.
