A professor and seven North Carolina State University basketball players have presented a petition to interim Chancellor Larry Monteith in support of Coach Jim Valvano and the Wolfpack program.
The petition, bearing 641 signatures from N.C. State faculty and staff, was presented by Harold Coble, a professor of crop science, and seven Wolfpack players.
