Douglas A. Grassman has been named vice president for the Newport Beach division of Koll Construction. He will be responsible for construction management and general contracting operations for the division, which encompasses Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Prior to joining Koll, Grassman was vice president and general manager of operations for Ray Proof Co., a division of Shielding Systems Corp.
