Times to Announce All-Star Lineups
The Times is announcing its Ventura County all-star high school basketball teams for boys and girls today. The 20 all-stars and their parents and coaches are being invited to a brunch on Sunday at the Anaheim Hilton Hotel. Players and coaches of the year will be announced there. C11
