The Kansas City Chiefs signed eight players Sunday, the final day of the Plan B signing period.

The players signed were safety James Griffin from Detroit, running back Kevin Harmon and tight end Rod Jones from Seattle, center Mike Morris from New England, wide receiver Timmie Ware from the Raiders, cornerback Charles Washington from Indianapolis, tackle Rob Woods from Cincinnati and kicker Bjorn Nittmo from the New York Giants.

Linebacker Bruce Klostermann has become the fourth Denver Bronco to leave the team via the NFL’s Plan B free-agency system, signing with the Raiders, who had failed earlier in their attempt to sign Denver Broncos free agent Clarence Kay. Klostermann was a career special-teams player for the Broncos and wanted more playing time with another organization.
