Oscar Memories

I couldn’t help notice that Ron Kovic, author of “Born on the Fourth of July” (who uses a wheelchair), had to sit in the aisle during the Oscar telecast. Why couldn’t management have removed one seat so he wouldn’t have had to sit in the path of travel and on an incline?
This seems another example of the disregard of L.A. theaters for those of us in wheelchairs.
