San Jose Forward Commits to Titans
Kim Kemp, a 6-foot-8 forward from San Jose City College, has made an oral commitment to attend Cal State Fullerton on a basketball scholarship, according to Titan assistant coach Dan Dion. Kemp plans to sign a letter of intent Wednesday.
Kemp, a graduate of San Jose’s Piedmont High School, was a two-year starter at San Jose City and averaged 12 points, nine rebounds and five blocked shots last season.
Dion said Kemp, who failed to meet Proposition 48 requirements out of high school, is a quick jumper who has an excellent outside shooting touch.
