Five From County Named All-GSAC

Christ College Irvine placed three players and Southern California College two on the Golden State Athletic Conference All-conference baseball team.

Keith Laszlo, a junior third baseman, was selected from Christ College Irvine, along with sophomores Paul Weldon, an outfielder, and Mike Adams, a designated hitter.

Denny Berni, a senior catcher who led the conference with 11 doubles and a .479 batting average, and Jim Dedrick, a senior pitcher who was 4-3 and had led the conference with a 2.35 earned-run average, were named from Southern California College.
