GARDEN GROVE : Auto Repair Shop Destroyed by Fire
An auto repair shop was destroyed Tuesday in an early-morning fire, authorities said.
When firefighters arrived at the Hyundai Repair Shop at 1:51 a.m., the structure at 9535 Garden Grove Blvd. was “100% involved,” Garden Grove Fire Information Officer Ellen Covey said.
It took 16 firefighters about 30 minutes to contain the blaze, which caused $125,000 in damage to the building and its contents, she said. No one was injured in the fire, Covey said.
