An Anaheim woman whose vehicle was struck broadside last weekend when she apparently ran a red light has died of her injuries, police said.

Barbara Louise Harris, 37, was pronounced dead about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at UCI Medical Center in Orange.

The accident occurred Sunday at Cerritos Avenue and Holder Street in Cypress, police said.

Witnesses told police that Harris, who was driving north on Holder Street in a 1985 Dodge Colt with her 15-year-old son, was hit by a 1986 Buick Century traveling east on Cerritos Avenue when Harris ran the light.
