Fallbrook
A Fallbrook man who was steering his disabled car, which was being towed by rope by another car, died Thursday night when his car swerved into oncoming traffic, police said.
Roman Filimon, 28, was on California 76 near Horse Ranch Creek Road about 7 p.m. when the accident occurred, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.
The driver of the other car was not injured, the spokesman said.
