Driver Dies After His Car Rolls Over
A man in his late 40s died in a single-car accident early Sunday in Southeast San Diego.
The man’s name was being withheld pending notification of relatives.
The man was driving south at 2:13 a.m. on 69th Street near Imperial Avenue when he apparently fell asleep, and his car hit a street sign and rolled over, police said.
He was dead at the scene. Police said the accident could be alcohol-related.
