KNOXVILLE, Tenn. —
Tennessee’s top basketball recruit did not meet requirements on his Scholastic Aptitude Test and will be ineligible as a freshman, according to published reports.
The Knoxville Journal reported today that Norman Marbury, a 6-foot-3 guard from New York City, did not qualify for freshman eligibility under NCAA standards.
