Duerson, Luis Zendejas Cut by Teams
The Chicago Bears cut four-time Pro Bowl safety Dave Duerson, and the Dallas Cowboys cut veteran kicker Luis Zendejas Sunday as they got a head start on triming their rosters.

The Bears, who have a surplus of defensive backs, had demoted Duerson to second string during the preseason. There had been rumors the eight-year veteran would be traded.
