Fire Damages Glendale Condominium Project

Atwo-story condominium complex under construction in Glendale was severely damaged by fire Tuesday night, Glendale fire officials said.
The fire started shortly before 8 p.m. in the 1400 block of Valley View road near Parkwood Drive, said Jeannie Osmond, Fire Department dispatcher.
Nine companies responded and the fire was extinguished by 8:30 p.m., Osmond said.
There were no reports of injuries, and officials did not know the cause of the fire.
