WAKE: AIDS activists plan to commemorate the county’s 1,000th AIDS death with a vigil next Monday outside the county Hall of Administration. . . . “We don’t think (county) supervisors are doing enough,” says a spokeswoman for the group, the Orange County Visibility League. “It takes three to five months to get into a hospital for any kind of AIDS treatment. We need that speeded up somehow. People are dying left and right.”
